Under Joseph’ s leadership, Essential has consistently achieved year-over-year growth in revenue and employee count, culminating in its most successful year in 2022. With over two decades of experience in the IT industry, Joseph has held various roles and leverages his wealth of knowledge to drive Essential’s continued expansion. In his spare time, Joseph likes spending time with his grandkids, four wheeling and camping.
